For years I've worked very hard to provide a good quality service to my customers. I am also a very honest person, so I like to be straight up with my customer.
Tell them what they actually really need and what needs to be done in their chimney or service, that they have requested. I don't sell anything that you won't necessarily need. Our experience is based on knowledge do not compare ourselves with other companies we know what to do and we do it right the first time. There are a lot of companies that will tell you, that you need to fix this and that, which is not true. You as a customer will pick the right company that will go the extra mile.
